Karen Hames

Well done to Karen Hames, won the female 30-34 division of the last Gatorade race at St Kilda, she is a sponsored rider currently riding the Avanti Chrono tri bike.

In the same race Annie Martin won the series for the female 40-44 division, winning all six of the series races. An outstanding effort! Annie is one of the Tri-bal Team Coaches.

Singapore 70.3 :: Matt Woods

Matthew Woods competed in the Singapore Ironman recently and performed extremely well. Matt came third in the 18-24 age category and was very proud to be representing Fitzroy Cycles for the first time! Matt rides an Argon 18 (Fitzroy are resellers of these bikes) and is now looking forward to his next big race ... Honu Half IM 70.3 race on May 30.

Tommy does it again...

Race duration 1.03.35 minutes, average power: 334.3 watts, max power 1,313 watts, distance covered 49.18km at an average speed of 46.42km/h! Pretty incredible hey? Tommy Nankervis » Australian Criterium Championships

Well done to Tommy on fiishing 8th at Cronulla on the weekend. Tommy Nankervis finished 8th in the Australian Criterium championships in Cronulla (he had a riot of a time)! Tommy was the first non pro tour rider to finish. Tommy rides a Specialized Tarmac S-Works with SRAM groupset.

Elly Franks » Shepperton Half Ironman

Elly competed in the Elite Pro Female Category at Shepperton and performed magnificently to podium into second place overall. Elly rides a Chrono Team TT bike.

Michael Day » Tour of Bright

Michael competed in the Masters 4/5 Category of the Tour of Bright, winning Stages 1 and 2 and then coming second in Stage 3. Michael also took out the KOM and General Classification Titles. Michael rides a Specialized Tarmac S-Works. Michael competed in his first race with his new Time Trial wheels at the ToB ... a Zipp Zedtech 1080 rear and a Zipp Zedtech 808 front. He was very happy with the performance of the wheels.

Chris Jenson » Busselton Ironman

Chris competed in the 18-24 age group category and won that age group. An outstanding performance at a world class event. Chris rides a Chrono Team TT bike.

Kelly Jarrett » World Championships 70.3 Florida

Kelly competed outstandingly at the Worlds and won her age group (25-29 Female) in a time of 4:13:39. Kelly rides a Chrono Team TT bike.

What a big weekend for Kelly Jarrett racing the 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater Florida. These girls were racing with the best Age Group and Professional Triathletes in the world.

If you haven't already heard (text at 5.15am Sunday morning) Kelly Jarret has had the race of her career so far (way more to come), becoming the new 70.3 World Champion in her 25-29 age group in a blistering time of 4:13:49.
